At Orivo, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final-sale or clearance items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer — all returns must be sent to our official address listed below.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund appears.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at contact@orivoeg.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as such (or sent to the gift giver), the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanges or replacements may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
